Tools for objective resolution of user complains

In order to increase client side visibility and provide better control for penny auction administrators over user claims we have added to Penny Auction Administration the following two columns: Client Timer and Server Timer.

Client Timer shows the time that had been measured on client’s side before sending the request.
Server Timer shows the time that was measured when the bid was accepted by the server.

Due to these two parameters the Site Admin has a full picture of what had been the state of the counters of penny auction software at the moment the bid in question was placed, and thus can effectively resolve any claims or complaints of the users if there are any.

The feature can be installed on any penny auction for a minimal fee.
