System Administration
Any penny auction software requires an excellent server to handle a high workload the auction generates.
Microbid Software provides system administration services using 24/7 own support center, trained to work with high load server environment
Prices:
Monthly Support
1 server : $950
2 servers: Web Application + Database Server: $1800
2 servers: 2 Web Application + Database Server: $2000
3 servers: 2 Web Application + Database Server: $2400
4 servers: 3 Web Application + Database Server: $2800
All the support contracts for multiple server configurations include Server Setup & Tuning, if ordered for 6 months or more and prepaid in full.
We cannot support servers that were not tuned and setup initially.
Services included in Server Setup & Tuning:
- OS installation, tuning for multi-processes
- MySQL tuning and upgrade, if needed
- Apache Server tuning and upgrade
- Firewall installation
- Monitoring tools installation
- Expected performance assessment
Services included in the support contract
- Server maintenance (4 hours per month).
- Security updates (each two weeks)
- System logs monitoring and alert handling
Server Setup and Tuning Prices:
- Monitoring Tools Installation: $750
- Server Setup & Tuning, including monitoring tools installation: $1850 per server
Emergency Support
Emergency support is included in the support contract fee.
Emergency support without a contract: $100/hour, $150 minimum per incident.
The support time is billed in a 30 min increments
Emergency Support is provided by phone, email and Skype.
All the services provided by Microbid Software are pre-paid only, whether by wire transfer, credit card or paypal (+4.5%).
Note: Penny Auction Software Audit and/or Performance assessment for 3rd party scripts are not included in the support service, please call us for custom price.
