Verification Process – Penny Auction Script
Verification process is a process defined in the auction to prevent fake registrations.
There might be email an email verification or SMS verification, or both of them.
Email verification is part of standard package of the Penny Auction Software
For an additional fee following elements can be added
- Special verification methods, such as “Zip Code Verification” or SMS Verification
Email Authorization
If no SMS Verification is implemented, Email Authorisation is required.
In this case an email sent to an user with a special link.
User is only allowed to get into the site after clicking on special link in this email. The link is built using MD5 encryption algorithm and cannot be guessed.

Site Admin might change the text of the letter through Administration Panel (Admin Area -> Config -> Letters)
