Can I change timer shift?

Yes, on any penny auction software (both standard and enterprise) you can configure a timer so it will have any time shift, from 0 seconds to few minutes.
This feature allows to Site Admin to change a time shift depending on current level of activity on the website in order to minimize the possible loss.

For changing time shift, please go to

Administration Panel -> Auctions -> Edit Auction – Basic Settings  – > Time Shift (sec)

The change is immediate and will affect the next bid after saving.

Please note: changing timer shift during the auction can be considered negatively by site visitors. Please be sure that your Terms of Use or similar document allow you to change it during the auction

By default there is no visual indication of  what is current value of the time shift.
