Difference between Enterprise and Standard

We’re receiving a lot of questions about the difference between Enterprise and Standard versions of our penny auction software
We’ve tried to explain below the major differences.

1) Custom Design
Standard doesn’t include a custom design, therefore a lot of time saved for graphic work and testing. Enterprise include fully unique look and feel.
And you can still purchase custom design for Standard version or change the design yourself.

2) Plugins List
In order to make our offer affordable we’ve included only some of our plugins in the Standard version, but Enterprise version’s users enjoy much wider list of plugins.
You can buy most of the plugins separately, but if you do it after your website is live that would cause hassle of downtime and testing.

3) Database Architecture
The Enterprise use absolutely different database architecture, based on Double Database Layer, and extensive use of the Memory Cache.
As a result, it can provide 7-10-times better performance on the same server, and, the most important feature – the performance doesn’t change when the website grows.
While other websites will experience reduced performance with database growth (explained here), the Enterprise version will remain stable and performant.
As the Double Database Layer is in the code engine of the website it’s not possible to purchase it separately.

4) There are additional services included in the Enterprise version, such as marketing consulting and extended guarranty

Please note, that there is more companies who are claiming to have Enterprise version but they mostly lack of example of any big scale penny actions website running their software.
