Main Features And Rules of Penny Auction
- When user bids on an item price is raised by $0.01 (configurable) a nd auction time is extended to 15 seconds ( time is also configurable)
- If no other bid placed and auction time ends up than user placed last bid wins auction at the bidding price
- users notified about winning the auction
- users able to purchase the product they worn for the special price
