How is it possible for a new Betting Exchange with a limited client base to match bets?

In the very beginning of your venture it won’t be possible for your Betting Exchange software to match too many bets. To solve the problem you can either accept the bets yourself through the unmatched bets management tool (thus becoming a bookmaker for these bets), or place the bets on a bigger exchange – like Betfair – for them to match (this will involve paying them a commission). If you do not wish neither to gamble as a Bookmaker, nor to expand your client base at a loss by placing the unmatched bets elsewhere you may simply do nothing.
